I am managing the GCSE and Film Studies A level courses. My aim is to improve relationships with universities, create opportunities for students to see and hear about careers in the film industry and continue to raise their aspirations to succeed. I am leading the innovation of delivering an academic curriculum with strong industry links.

Continuing the work we started at CiS with a small cohort, we established Cambridge Leadership College in July 2018 to pioneer accelerated learning with entrepreneurship and underpinned by leadership frameworks. My responsibilities included safeguarding, health & safety and strategic partnerships.

Responsible for the appropriate and efficient deployment of SEND support resource across Huntingdon and St Ives in Cambridgeshire.Managed a team of specialist teachers, specialist TA's and educational psychologists.Created a system to ensure the effective and efficient deployment of resource across the county.Worked alongside locality teams, schools, specialist provision, LAC teams, social services and other SEND colleagues to ensure children and families received the support they needed.

Led four distinct cohorts - Lower Sixth, 18month Lower Sixth, Upper Sixth and International Foundation students. Responsible for the welfare and personal development of all students. Led a team of 26 tutors, co-ordinated and designed PSHE.Taught Core Skills on the International Foundation Programme. Created and led key initiatives such as 'Tricks of the Trade' seminar, 'Time to Live' skills workshop. Organised whole school induction twice annually. Developed and implemented attendance management strategy. Level 3 Child Protection trained. Lead Safeguarding trainer. Deputy Child Protection Officer. Educational Visit Co-ordinator. Lead on school's first overseas trip. Member of Senior Pastoral Team. SENCo Manager. Led the school Media Club which produced many promotional videos for whole school events.

Responsible for the academic progress and pastoral welfare of 450 students.Managed a team of 15 personal tutors.Oversight of all UCAS applications and progression outcomes for 450 students.Created and led the 'LifeBox' initiative which received local press coverage.Key member of the teaching and learning group, coached colleagues to improve teaching practise.Led CPD training on creating independent learners.

Working as part of a dynamic Film & Media team on curriculum design & development. I designed and populated the Higher Education blog and made strong links with alumni. I ran an animation club and co-organised a regular trip to New York City.
