CurrentMRI Application Specialist. I deliver clinical integration training to customers; I take pride in providing a positive outcome and proficiency in the system I train. I educated and sustained customers on different field strengths 1.0T, 1.5T, and 3T and at many different software levels and different systems Intera, Achieve HFO, and Ingenia.Train customers to be competent to use the MRI interface, system, and coils. I specialize in training customers from an essential level to advanced levels. I teach MRI Breast and Biopsy. I provide site support troubleshooting, escalation, and assist customers with the ACR process.Responsible for pre and post communication, assess customer's needs, workflow, defining customer training guidelines, discussing expectations, and executing a successful training event. Provided remote and on-site clinical support and keep in touch prior, during, and after any training making sure the customer's expectation exceeded.I have supported the Philips sales and marketing team, set up and supported booths at an MRI conference for a breast conference in Las Vegas.Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnose, resolve, escalate issues, document accordingly, and reporting to the correct stakeholders for speedy resolve and perform solution for resolve for customer site.I team up and collaborate with sales and service teams. I take ownership and have an open dialog with customers. I coordinate, anticipate, and proactively plan with Imaging Directors and Radiologists to achieve best practices and manage customer expectations. I assist and support the clinical education department with development material. Assume a leadership role in the new hire mentoring program. Contributed to the sales and service initiative.
