☛ Who am I?I am a Digital Marketing Specialist with ten years' experience in digital transformation and digital communication. I am responsible for front-end design of all digital applications and platforms. I use the omnichannel approach to ensure that the customer is given the highest standards of navigation for the most efficient user experience and most suitable for the product or service.At the same time, I have nine years' experience in digital advertising. I devise complex campaign plans with a cross-channel approach creating value for companies and the best service for the customer. I love to communicate and it’s easy for me to transfer this characteristic into the digital activities that I manage. I am passionate about technology, which stretches far beyond the world of Apple and Microsoft to include also: the augmented reality; AI; Marketing Automation and many more. In general, I am fully engaged with all things related to the digital revolution that we are currently living. Last but not least, I have a strong interest in Economics and Finance. ☛ What I do?I am totally involved in helping companies to develop and enhance new and existing digital products with multiple aims, and to build a five star customer experience. To enable more opportunities for attracting new customers and maintaining an already existing customer base.This includes developing: a new website, a customer area and associated applications, along with utilising lead generation collated either organically via the SEO process or through paid Google Ads or Meta, for example. Additionally, I analyse data to meet business targets and produce complex data driven campaign plans with omnichannel approach. These campaigns could have either a cross-selling or up-selling purpose or service.☛ What makes me unique?It is not only my extensive experience in digital marketing that I can bring to the company it is also a great passion for the subject.I regularly embark on training to ensure I am up to date with trends and news about the digital industry. I completed a Masters degree in digital marketing and in 2020 studied business English for three months at the Kaplan International College in New York City.In Milan, I am continuing to study English at the British Council with the goal of achieving the IELTS certificate.
