From Outdoors Victoria's social media, newsletter and website to creating materials for relevant stakeholders, I develop content and graphic assets catering to different audiences, including government departments, outdoor recreation activity peaks, outdoor education providers, teachers, and students across the state.I also lead the delivery of OV's events, including our annual conference, Australia's largest outdoor education and recreation conference. This year, I'm on a bigger challenge leading NOEC, a 3-day nationwide conference consisting of 80+ speakers and 30+ exhibitors, expecting 600 Australian and international attendees. I oversee all aspects of planning and execution. During this time, I led exciting and key projects, including creating OV's new website and marketing campaigns for initiatives like Positive Start, in which I promoted the program across all Victorian schools, resulting in over 6,700 students enrolling in 180 journey-based outdoor programs to enhance their physical and emotional well-being post-pandemic.
