I had been a freelance journalist for the magazine for several years and when the editor in chief offered me a job I welcomed the change from being self employed, and being part of the team.

I was as a freelance writer for various women's magazines, only now I also moved on into an older target group. I became a music- and film critic, and I started doing PR for designers, bands, artists and restaurants, and I fulfilled a life long dream and became an author.

Deputy editor at Denmark's second largest monthly magazine for young women. I missed writing, so I wasn't a deputy editor for long. I stayed on as a freelance journalist for several years.

Woman was the first magazine of its kind in Denmark. Very much like New Woman and Cosmopolitan and not at all what had been on the shelves before. We were hugely successful and sold lots of copies every month. I was part of the editorial staff writing articles about everything from career to sex, interviewing celebrities around the world, and I had my own column where I shared bits from my own life – mostly the embarrassing stuff.
