With over 16 years of experience as a Brand Director and Founder of Sift Dessert Bar, I have successfully built a multi-unit dessert shop that delivers happiness to celebrations nationwide. I have led the culture, vision, and strategy of Sift, as well as the product development, new store development, e-commerce growth, and brand awareness of the company.I have also leveraged my skills and experience in brand innovation, distributor management, new business development, marketing, new product launches, public relations, and large scale partnerships to create a distinctive and memorable customer experience. I have been featured multiple times on the Food Network, and honored as one of the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America, a finalist for EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women, and a Women Entrepreneur of the Year.
