Andrea is the Owner and Principal Broker for The Beem Team LLC and a Motivational Speaker. Her team is the 2015 Small Business of the Year awarded through the Albany Chamber of Commerce. Andrea was the 2017 President of the Willamette Association of REALTORS, and a previous MAPS Mastery Coach. The Beem Team is a top-producing Real Estate Business that puts customer experience at the top of their list. Andrea has lived in the Willamette Valley since 1998 and knows the area well. Andrea is involved in various Mid-Valley organizations; Albany Area Chamber of Commerce member since 2011, Various positions with the Willamette Valley Association of Realtors since 2015, former President and founder of ABA (Albany Business Alliance) and is a former member of the Albany Area Toastmaster Club (a public speaking organization). Her and her team are involved in many volunteer opportunities; She served on our local KW office ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for 4 years and has held various Chair positions for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Heart of the Valley Chapter. She volunteers at Santiam Christian School events, has served on the Linn County CASA Fundraising committee, and the DHS Boxes and Bows project to bring much-needed help & joy to foster kids at Christmas time and also spent time in Texas volunteering with relief efforts after Hurricane Harvey.
