Streamlined audit findings for multiple years in a row by developing robust policies, procedures, and process maps as per business strategy and BSCP industry guidelines. Held full accountability for the performance of smart metering contractors and cultivating good working practices within contractor businesses. Acquired broad technical knowledge by talking to and engaging with field staff.Highlights of my key accomplishments: ➻ Directed the management of the contractors from a KPI/bonding relationship perspective (outside of compliance), analyzing data in terms of performance, attendance, jobs completion, deprogramming errors etc. to drive improvements leading to an incredibly collaborative relationship between WPD and the individual contractors.➻ Successfully managed 36 direct reports across 5 different teams whilst working remotely.➻ Established a working group with IT department to streamline processes and effectively utilise resources; championed a project in 15 hours using only 2 people that previously required 20 people and 4 days.➻ Fostered profitable and long-term positive relationships with all tiers of the business internal and external.➻ Maintained an "open door" policy with staff and colleagues to improve information sharing and status quo.

Headed the implementation of best practice across the business, encompassing constructive feedback across the industry to ensure the best possible outcomes for engineers and customers. Maintained deliverables' estimates, identified resources needed to complete tasks and resolved issues with personnel.Two of my key achievements: ➻ Ensured operational cohesiveness in a symbiotic manner to achieve the best scheduling results by turning around the relationship between field and office staff.➻ Launched an app, supervising all staged from inception to rollout with continuous feedback from field staff, to facilitate staff in routine tasks and avoid unnecessary burden.
