Coached School Administration at Redwood City School District in Silicon Valley on effective practices of integrating technology in the school and classroom. Met with School Administration to build school-wide goals for student tech skills and then worked with Admin and Teachers daily on an individual and group basis to help them feel comfortable with tech and take learning to a more meaningful level. Provided additional tech learning programs to students, including coding, Tech Squad, and other 2 week intensives.

It was a successful, but bumpy year on an administrative team of a first year startup international charter school opening with over 1,000 students.
