I have a long and varied career history, from a barista at Starbucks at YVR and assistant director on film sets in Greater Vancouver to English instructor and international customer service consultant in Tokyo. The common thread through it all has been a passion for strengthening relationships and creating the best experience possible for internal and external customers.I spent 11 years living and working in Japan where I learned from best how to go above and beyond in customer service. At the 5,000-member Entrepreneur Association of Tokyo, I managed a team of 6 volunteers, greeting and registering attendees at 11-12 events per year in English, Japanese, and French.
