I am a customer focused, precise person with 1,5 years of customer service experience and 5 years of experience in children’s development. • As a customer service associate in Pozitron-Diagnostic Health Centre, I always aimed to do the different tasks excellently. I was responsible for informing customers in person, by email and phone, making appointments, solving ad hoc problems, getting in touch with doctors, handling customer complaints and requests. Administration, handling Excel spreadsheets and cash-desk, making invoices were my everyday tasks. Many times I realized how to make our work more efficient and smoother. My boss supported my ideas.
