I develop procedures to identify and resolve problems related to the company information system referred to the CRM area and, also, define and coordinate the activities of outside consultants.I also coordinate activities of help desk on issues arising the daily use of the CRM system. Also, I set out priorities for action for all ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities.
