I've stepped out of my comfort zone every chance I've come upon, knowing I have both with me, wherever I go. I aim to have an impact in every square mile I step on, and enjoy learning from people, businesses, culture and new experiences. Like coffee, I'm resilient and adaptive. Like tech, I'm innovative and ever-evolving towards my best self.Coffunity is my first job and company, with the aim to connect technology and coffee to decrease the gap between producers and end-consumers around the world. This is where I learned about leading a tech team, networking, fundraising, accounting for businesses, event management and more.I also own a design and development studio in El Salvador, and have worked closely with customers in eCommerce, fashion, last-mile shipping, coffee production, seafood retail and more. Each has been an opportunity to learn about business strategies, tailored tech solutions, account management, product launches and, above all, patience.At Cropster, I started as a Product Marketing Manager and have now taken up the responsibility to lead the Marketing team. In the last year, I have restructured and organized the team, and helped them launch a full brand refresh, a new website with 3x conversion rates, and increase our Global Events impact.
