Andrea Bresciani, eternally curious entrepreneur oriented to listen and learn from the environment. With an education in design and architecture, he joins the information technology industry for passion and curiosity. From the initial period, Andrea discovers a native ability in planning & control, program management and human relations. In a few years, he has the opportunity to grow professionally and to acquire new competencies. During this time, he can apply his native abilities in the development of business software and the empowerment of people, with the humility of who is learning and growing.He establishes his first company after 7 years of professional experience in the information technology industry. Sold this first one, he establishes a new company to deliver excellence of services in tailor-made business software. Andrea has the opportunity to drive a company in which the value of the people, the quality of the internal processes and the integrity of the management are the fundamental elements.His own passion, curiosity, and ability to watch, listen and create, suggests to himself to move to the international context, establishing a new company in Hungary in 2011. The internationalization starts after one year of observation of the country that he discovered during a kickboxing stage. He still works in this project, with the need to follow his own idea of an organization in which the human and the technical qualities of the people, the excellence of the services delivered and the business opportunities have their best point of intersection. Due to the need to grow, he decides to learn the Hungarian language and consolidate his competencies with an Executive MBA at Università “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan. He extends his domain of knowledge with a Master of International Law, Trade and international taxation. Thanks to a workshop in Japan, he appreciates, even more, the continuous improvement that he applies in his personal and professional life.
