With over 12 years of experience in sustainability and finance, I am the Head of ESG and Investor Relations at Banca Progetto, a dynamic and innovative bank that offers tailored solutions to SMEs and households. My role is to define and implement the bank's sustainability strategy, aligning it with the expectations of regulators, investors, and stakeholders, and to communicate the financial performance and value proposition of the bank to the financial community.I am passionate about creating positive social and environmental change, and I lead a team of 20+ ESG ambassadors who promote and develop envirnonmental and social initiatives within the bank. I have a strong analytical background, with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master in Corporate Sustainability Strategy and Management. I also have hands-on experience in managing large infrastructure projects in complex and challenging contexts, also abroad. I leverage my technical and financial skills to assess and monitor the ESG performance and impact of companies, as well as to support the top management in the elaboration of industrial plans and M&A initiatives. I also excel at building and maintaining relationships with analysts, investors, and media, and I craft effective and transparent financial communication materials, such as press releases, quarterly results, and company presentations.
