The main goal of the tool was the functional integration of the refund process among the Customer Service, the Logistics and the Finance departments. Another major focus of my MBA mission was the creation of the Customer Service knowledge-base system, in the form of a full revision of the existing agent's paper handbook and the release of a brand-new digital "Wiki" version.
