As an Instructional Designer at Gong, I develop playbooks, videos, instructor-led sessions, courses and more to help our awesome customers unlock reality and reach their full potential.

As the Customer Education Manager at SalesLoft I developed and delivered workshops, certification programs, eLearning content, and reference materials. I served as the LMS administrator, Instructional Designer and course author, facilitator, and contributor to the vision and direction of the Customer Education Team.

As a Professional Services Consultant I provided comprehensive support and guidance to teams who were new to the SalesLoft platform. This included project management, training, technical configuration, troubleshooting, and high fives.

In my role as the Student Support Specialist I developed and implemented a federally compliant school-wide plan to support struggling students in an institution with 1000 children and 25 teachers.

As a Master Teacher I provided parents, students, and fellow teachers with training on the use of the school's LMS. I also maintained regular contact with approximately 60 students and parents via phone, email, and FaceTime for regular check-ins and as-needed academic and technical support. As a part of the school leadership team I supervised five teachers, mentored two additional teachers, and provided regular professional development to the school's faculty.

At Intown Academy I monitored both students’ academic and social and emotional progress, taught the core subjects daily, planned standards-based units and lessons, and maintained regular communication with parents about students’ progress.

At Benjamin E. Mays Preparatory Academy I participated in the startup and culture-building of the school as one of New Orleans' transformation charter schools. In this role I managed other teachers within my classroom, monitored the academic, social, and emotional development of twenty students, planned and implemented lessons and units of study, and communicated with parents and administrators about student progress.
