I am a Product Designer Manager with proven track record on leading design multidisciplinary teams and experience in UX Research, working on both digital and non-digital products. I have always enjoyed understanding how people think and translating their needs into actionable design insights. My experience spans a range of techniques, including interviews, shadowing, surveys, wireflows, desk research, user journeys, personas, card sorting, prototyping, user testing, and more.As a design team manager my role is to balance user needs, business goals, and technological feasibility to create optimal user experiences. I collaborate closely with PMs, POs, BAs, BIs, and IT teams throughout the entire process, from discovery to delivery. In my role as a design team manager, I ensure that design solutions align with strategic objectives and are focused on delivering measurable results. I also hold a PhD focused on the decision-making processes of design team leaders. I completed a Master’s degree in Design, where I worked with design management and project management, and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. I was a university professor for over 10 years, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in UX, marketing, research, and design management.
