About Andrea Carla Hernando
Since my professional beginnings I have had a great orientation towards personal development and a strong vocation for services. Having worked in multinational companies allowed me to have a global vision and, in each work experience I have delivered value, as well as grown as a professional and person. Today I choose to dedicate myself to what I am passionate about, human relations and their development, both on a personal level and in the construction of teams and culture of organizations. In this sense, I facilitate transformation processes that enable its deployment. I have more than 20 years of experience in the world of companies having passed through different sectors of the market (education, gastronomy, real estate, hospitality, call center, technology, mass consumption, health, publishing and auto parts). This background has enabled me to have a broad view of people and business, I identify myself by being responsible and consciously accountable for my life, as well as a co-creator with the people with whom I choose to share, among them, one of the most important, my family. I have 2 wonderful children, I love nature, outdoor activities, traveling and the constant learning that life gifts me.
