• Raised over €500,000 in grants for the organisation over 3 years. • Lead the European Alliance for a Just Transition, a coalition of over 40 European stakeholders (civil society organisations, think tanks, workers' representatives, political parties and groups) with a shared vision for a socially just green transition in Europe. • Lead SOLIDAR's policy and advocacy strategy for a just transition to equitable and sustainable societies in Europe, including working with DG EMPL, ENVI and other DGs of the European Commission, S&D and Greens/EFA MEPs, the Cabinets of Belgian Federal Minister for Climate Zakia Khattabi and Spanish Vice-President Teresa Ribera, as well as other decision-makers.• Line manage the Policy Officer for Just Transition and be responsible for mainstreaming the issue across staff.

SOLIDAR is a European network of more than 50 progressive civil society organisations, bringing together millions of citizens across Europe and promoting social justice and solidarity in Europe and around the world. My role as policy officer was to• Develop and coordinate the European Alliance for a Just Transition, an informal alliance of social NGOs, environmental and climate movements, as well as political parties and groups, and develop strong relations with relevant stakeholders across EU institutions, social partners, and other NGO networks.• Develop and promote a Just Transition narrative, and the position of civil society in connection with relevant policies such as the European Green Deal, the European Pillar of Social Rights, the European Semester, and the SDGs. • Coordinate the work and focus on Just Transition among pillars and within the membership. • Develop and implement the work programme and activities related to the Just Transition project (organise workshops and meetings, design educational tools, draft publications etc.)• Assume responsibility for the overall management of the operating grant, financial management, monitoring and reporting.• Responsible, together with the Communications Officer, for the implementation and development of the communication and advocacy work of SOLIDAR, identifying potential new activities and opportunities.

The European Youth Forum is the platform of youth organisations in Europe. Representing tens of millions of young people, the Forum's vision is to be the voice of young people in Europe. My role as a board member was to▪ Define the overall strategy of the platform;▪ Lead the platform's policy and advocacy work on Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, youth work and non-formal education vis-à-vis the European Union and the Council of Europe;▪ Represent the platform externally: speaking at events and participating in meetings with stakeholders.

ECYC is a European non-profit, non-governmental organisation that aims to support youth clubs and other forms of neighborhood youth work across Europe. My role as manager was to▪ Apply for grants (European Youth Foundation, Erasmus+, etc.) for international projects with young people;▪ Organising international activities for youth workers and young people (events, debates, campaigns, training courses, study sessions and info days);▪ Draft policy position papers, articles and briefings on youth work in Europe;▪ Represent the organisation externally.

AK Europa is the Brussels office of the Austrian Federal Chamber of Labour, the statutory body representing the interests of some 3.8 million workers and consumers in Austria. My role as assistant was to▪ Organise events and group visits to the EU Institutions▪ Supervise and advise trainees▪ Take care of various administrative tasks (coordinating appointments, making travel arrangements, updating website, etc.)

Alpeuregio is the first cross-border EU liaison office in Brussels, gathering three neighboring regions from two different countries, Italy and Austria.▪ Do research and write reports on topics such as grants programmes and relevant EU policies▪ Attend conferences, events and committees on behalf of the Representation▪ Organise events, visits to the European Institutions, consortia for the 10th European Week of Regions and Cities (Open Days), the Alpeuregio Summer School 2012, etc.
