During this last year I travelled all over Italy, managing and implementing lean principles, methodologies and tools in over 30 shops of the group along with other 3 members of the team.My main duties range from doing data- and sales-related analysis to implementing lean concepts and report any improvements in processes to the sales director. The overall aim of the project is to increase productivity and totale value for customers by cutting off visible wastes and empowering employees.This experience has made me stronger and solid against stressful situations and high-demanding responsibilities.
