From more than 10 years, I am involved in Innovation in Fastweb. I have used my knowledge gained during the five years graduation in Electronic Engineering and covering the role of IT manager, to be initially an active member of the first prototype of Fastweb Innovation Team. As a Digital Innovation Manager, I managed calls for ideas, crowdfunding, hackathons, design thinking processes and the initiation of digital projects delivered to business lines for industrialization and commercialization after successful completion of the prototyping phase.During the years I supported also the scouting and introduction of new emerging technologies such as Big Data, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence.Today, as Strategy & Innovation Manager, I coordinate the Corporate Venture Building program Fastweb NeXXt Ventures, a process that accelerates and creates startups that then becomes part of the investment portfolio. At the same time, I manage relationships with external Open Innovation and Investment teams, also mentoring entrepreneurs both inside and outside the company to accelerate the success of their pre-seed and seed projects.I continue to be involved in the scouting and evaluation of new strategic emerging technologies and in the scouting, business valuation and prototyping of disruptive solutions for Fastweb.
