“Development” is the key word that better represents my career.I have worked to develop different areas (training, crm, aftersales, quality systems, customer satisfaction) managing both cross functional and vertical projects.Each time I develop an area or a process, I use technical and management skills, consider all the points of view, call into question, think out of the box, set targets, redesign respecting all the needs, trigger and manage the changing of methods and staff behaviour, measure, improve and first of all learn!
