Personal Experience To ensure preparation of the Site Quality Plan and its adequacy and application at Site, arranging any reviews, if required; To verify NDT, Welding Inspectors and quality control site team activities; To ensure the proper preparation of the test, inspection reports and books;  To review the Subcontractors’ site Quality System, Quality Organization and procedures and monitor their implementation; To verify the qualification and training of all personnel in Contractor Quality Organization; To verify on behalf of Contractor and Company that Subcontractor’s quality personnel are suitably qualified and experienced for their roles; To check the flow of information and documents; To identify any organizational or procedural defect, analyzing critical points, arranging any corrective action with the Site Manager, and informing the Head Office Construction Quality Manager accordingly; To plan and perform periodical Audit on Subcontractors activities; To prepare my own section of Monthly report and of the construction site final report

PROJECT OVERVIEWThe Kuwait Oil Comnpany (KOC) and the Italian company Saipem, an international turnkey operator in the oil and gas industry, inked a KD 261 million contract for the construction of the new gas booster station (BS-171) in West Kuwait.Kharafi National is responsible for building the new plant, including the construction management, project control, quality assurance and control, healt and safety, and other related services on behalf of Saipem. Booster Station will be part of the facilities operated by KOC in West Kuwait.Personal Experience As the only interface between Kharafi National (subcontractor) and Saipem (EPC Contractor) for the construction of the Intermediate Slug Catcher Site, I am in-charged for the all construction activities, which includes also the followings: Organizing, planning and managing the all resources such as manpower and equipments to achieve the completeness of the construction phases as per the project requirements in accordance with construction schedule and project budget. To assure that activities are ongoing smoothly without any interferences between different disciplines in accordance with timings, safety and quality. To record and manage the impact of the work performed and not in accordance with the schedule. Work with project delivery team and client to assess and minimise the impact or recover schedule within agreed timeline/s. To assist in cost control and management, identify options to reduce project costs and maximise profit margins. To Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and management of project quality, risk and acceptance processes.

PROJECT OVERVIEW Currently, Tozzi Sud has built in its yard in Italy all the Modular Electrical Substations (LER), Power Generation Modules (EDG), Temporary Refuges (TR), and Process and Utilities Buildings (PUB) required for the off-shore installations of the Kashagan Experimental Program. This includes 22 complete modules overall for a total of 23,000 tons of products, ordered and delivered over three years. The installation is located in Kazakhstan, about 80 km south of Atyrau on the shore of the Caspian sea; it is the largest oil field discovered in the past 30 years as it spreads over an area of approximately 75 km by 45 km; it includes on-shore and off-shore installations.This development is one of the hardest challenges for the oil industry because of the very difficult weather conditions (-30oC in the winter and +40oC in the summer), high pressure of the reservoir, high sulphur content, and the shallow waters that freeze during the winter.Personal Experience As the responsible of the mechanical construction works at ‘’Kashagan Process & Utilities Buildings’’ part of my duties, but not limited to, were to organize and prioritize the works into the sub-contractor workshops in order to feed the site within the work schedule timings. Assist the Project Manager in ensuring that delivery schedule is met. Part of the duties were also to look at the project requirements and fulfil the demands by either rescheduling in or rescheduling out the delivery date on the purchase orders

PROJECT OVERVIEWIn August 2005 Saudi Arabia's Saudi Aramco and Japan's Sumitomo Chemical agreed to form a 50:50 joint venture to develop a petrochemical complex in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The venture is called PetroRabigh. The 3,000-acre site where the construction took place already has a refinery owned by Saudi Aramco. The existing refinery is at the centre of one of the world's largest integrated petrochemicals complexes. The existing topping refinery was modified to include a vacuum distillation unit, vacuum gas oil hydro treating unit and alkylation/isomerisation unit. At the end of the first quarter of 2006 Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (PetroRabigh) broke ground for the petrochemical production complex in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The complex was completed and inaugurated on 8 November 2009 and has total output of 18.4mtpa of high value petroleum-based products and 2.4mtpa of ethylene and propylene-based derivatives.Personal Experience: As Construction Engineer for the realization of n.4 polymer plants with the following tasks: Management of Sub-Contractors for the realization of four polymer plants: Hdpe, Eppe, Lldpe, Butene. To schedule and coordinate the construction processes for the entire pneumatic transport system. Part of my duties were also but not limited to, to supervise the fabrication workshop in order to guarantee that spools and pipe supports were delivered to site on time in accordance with the erection phases and the project schedule. To supervise the erection at site of spools, equipments and steel structures to guarantee that erection schedule were met. Following up for the closing of all construction punch points in accordance with commissioning department
