I decided to change and in 2022 I took over the Integrated Communications Management at RHI Magnesita in South America region. I had the opportunity to lead an assertive and high-performance team, responsible for internal communication, branding, digital, press relations, social investment, community relations and public affairs.Together, we developed the communication strategy for the area reorganization, with a focus on the company's regionalization process in South America - a universe of around 5,000 direct employees in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru.We guide the ESG narrative for leadership, with a critical analysis of social investment x operations Impact at the communities.We developed the brand communication strategy in relevant projects, activating the D&I calendar and launching of the new workspace at the company's largest site in South America.

Continuing my growth journey at Vale, I took over the newly created coordination of internal communication processes, events, digital, branding, advertising and communication for dams in Minas Gerais, as well as communication solutions for global business areas.It all started with the direct leadership of 10 professionals in the new remote model, a diverse and mature group that became a high-performance team.A journey towards Vale’s cultural transformation througth the construction of the strategy and narrative for the continuous, transparent and empathetic communication of dams safety and risk management in Brazil.Many incredible projects marked this journey, such as the first national event to recognize Vale's virtual employees, bringing together around 10,000 people in an innovative strategy, which has become a reference for future internal events.

In 2019, the most difficult year for Vale, I took over governance, strategic planning, content management and internal communication at Minas Gerais regional, coordinating macro projects with the team.Engaged in contributing to the profound transformation that Vale needed to initiate at that moment, I assumed the coordination of the first Reparation Balance, publication and brand activation to communicate the company's actions on reparation of Brumadinho tragedy, with constancy and consistency.Governance and communication planning were fundamental to support regional management. I immersed myself on research and metrics, leading the development and evolution of 17 goals assumed that year. it was benchmark at Communications, for the quality and adherence of the strategy to the results of the KPIs.
