I have been studying and working in an international environment for over 8 years and thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and learning from other cultures. I have grown found of social event- and project planning, especially around the sporting industry, which is also where I started my professional career, while in the USA.Both professionally and as a person I am very outgoing, and appreciate organised environments in high pace with room for own initiatives. Today, with a chain-of-command of roughly 15 people, I'm constantly reminded that although people do things differently, it's a beautiful thing to work together to reach a common goal. In my free time I am an elite football referee, and luckily, my personality traits overlap many of those necessary to put yourself in such situations. I am all about making quick decision when under pressure, making sure my intentions are communicated effectively, and keeping to a game plan and its rules.
