Sales Management of the area EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). Responsability of: P&L, about 50 people, 10 branches and commercial offices and sales strategies. The amount of the sales of responsability is about 110ml.€.

I'm the Sales Manager and responsible of the P&L of a list of large customers with worldwide presence with the support of the two sales networks of the Business Unit present locally.

I'm the responsible of the SSLA Products Business Unit (about 33ml.€/year): commercial strategy, specific P&L, sales managers & customer service people, agents, etc.From January 2006:Strategy maker for the sales in the UPS market, coordination of the 2 sales networks involved in this market channel and direct contact with the big O.E.s worldwide.

Full responsability of the sales, commercial strategy, managing the sales network, budget, etc., of the domestic sales (Italy).
