I drive the development of marketing strategies for Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, and Cappy and trade marketing strategies for Monster in the Maltese market. My expertise includes strategic business planning, comprehensive brand development, and the effective execution of marketing and trade marketing strategies.Previously, as 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, I was responsible for the creation and implementation of the business plans, building brand plans and developing trade marketing strategies for 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝘄𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝘀, 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲, 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲’ 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗼, 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹, 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘂𝘀, 𝗟𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗹𝘆𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗮 Water in the Maltese Market.Three of my projects were chosen as Monster International Best Practises. The Monster activation at Summerdaze 2022 was selected as “Monster Energy Drink Best Practise in the EMEA region”. I was also awarded “Monster Best Retail Store Execution 2022” and “Monster Energy Drink Best Practice 2018”. They were shared with the other Coca-Cola bottlers in Europe as models.As 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, I was responsible for the launching of the Nativity Museum in Valletta. I have also been contracted to organise Career Days and Recruitment Events for several companies, including HSBC UK Contact Centre in Swatar, Birkirkara. My interest in high technology has given me the opportunity to write articles on the subject as well as interview distinguished professionals in the field (for instance, Managers of Barilla, Wikipedia and Ruzzle). I hold a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications (the University of Malta in collaboration with the King’s College London) as well as a “Laurea Triennale in Economica del Turismo e dell’Ambiente” (Bachelor of Economics applied to Tourism and Environment from the University of Messina).
