In charge of the whole finance area with direct report to the Group CFO and to the Italian Country Manager.

During my work experience I’ve been leading a 6 people team on the whole accounting activities, starting from book – entries supervision to both statutory and monthly management reporting under IFRS. In 2005 I have been involved as leader for the implementation of LSF (Loi de Sécurité Financière) in my division and pilot for the Branch; this activity implicates a throughout analysis of the internal control procedures, a definition of key controls on business processes and some testing activities on the compliance of the procedures to LSF.In 2004 I have been also involved in the Comp@ss project, with the goal of assessing and improving the former General Ledger and Controlling department, in order to implement SAP R/3 ERP system, that went live in July 2004.

Public auditor for several multinational companies, both Italian and foreign. Good working knowledge of both Italian, US and International Accounting Standards. Several projects took also place in the risk management area (internal control and systems analysis), with some internal control reviews in ERP environments (SAP, Oracle Applications).
