Simple Wisdom Within was born 15 years ago with the belief that we each carry within us the capacity for living with wisdom and that there are simple practices we can engage in to access and strengthen the wise part of ourselves. I've been working with people for many years to help them change personal and cultural patterns that keep them from living in alignment with their mission and values. I am called to offer my work at the intersection of social and environmental justice and personal healing so that together we can actively work to heal the legacy of trauma and inequality that formed our country. Now is the time for giving all we've got to healing and repair. Together, we can do this!
