Andrea leads the high net worth financial planning group at HORAN. She also serves as a business consultant to closely held business owners - especially those in the process of transferring the company to the next generation or preparing the company for sale.Prior to joining HORAN, Andrea focused her law practice on high net worth estate planning and complex estate administration, including matters with an international planning component. She also handled contested estates and guardianships, led her former firm's business succession planning team, and served as outside general counsel for closely held business owners and nonprofit organizations.  Andrea holds a JD and MBA from Northern Kentucky University, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in English and Economics with a focus on Statistics. Andrea is passionate about helping families and business owners plan for the future and is honored to be a small part of each family's success story. She enjoys uncovering the uniqueness of each family and takes pride in helping others gracefully navigate the challenges and successes that life has in store.Andrea also enjoys charitable pursuits - particularly those focused on improving opportunity and culture in the Greater Cincinnati area, which she has come to love dearly. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and for the Cincinnati Ballet, where she chairs the planned giving and nomination committees. She also sits on the Cincinnati Children's Hospital planned giving committee, and serves as Vice President of the Cincinnati Estate Planning Council.
