Using primary research, secondary research and case studies for adult learning, I have experience with cultivating content for intrinsic adults using a multitude of elements (i.e. graphic design, Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE, Agile) of approaches in order to gain real results from learners based on learning outcomes. I have been educated in Instructional Design by the top leaders in the field and have used my talents in a multitudes of fields such as Higher Education, Healthcare, Public Relations, Corporate and Management Systems.I have experience moderating distance learning for professors who are new to the new learning atmosphere. Helping them navigate through their curriculum for distance learners, controlling Zoom functionalities. Also converting and updating existing content through authoring tools to give faculty the opportunity to deliver fresh and relevant content.I love andragogy. I have a keen desire for how adults learn through iterative design. I like that real world experience counts and that there is a completely different motivations to learn between children and adults.
