I am the founder and president of MOD-ELLE, a Swiss nonprofit organization whose mission is to challenge gender stereotyping in shaping and pursuing youth's career aspirations. I believe in the power of role models and I follow my vision through bringing professionals into schools to inspire young people.Building on my experience in career services and engagement to promote gender equality on the Swiss job market, I founded EOS consulting in 2023 to help women turn their career aspirations into concrete actions and support companies that wish to develop a divers and inclusive culture and promote equality.I have been mentoring Master's students at the University of Geneva for over 12 years and as of 2023 I mentor senior executives, supporting them to develop/promote an inclusive leadership (alumna of "My mentor is a woman" - a ImpactIA Foundation programme).
