Oversee and ensure alignment of Tridel brand drivers including people, culture, customer experience, innovation, community, corporate social responsibility and communications. Initiate and drive change as needed to maintain and build on market leadership. Key accomplishments: introduced a strategic, long-term, talent management approach to the Human Resources function; evolved and advanced the corporate social responsibility and brand experience functions; launched and lead a cross-functional Community Experience Governance Group that includes Tridel and Del Property Management. Work with senior leaders of all operating divisions: Deltera (construction), DelProperty Management, DelSuites and DelManor to explore market opportunities, identify business risks and co-create longer-term strategy development.Executive Sponsor: • Innovation Committee – oversees digitizing information, data collection, analysis, insight development; • People & Culture Steering Group - oversight for corporate culture, succession planning; and • IT Governance Committee.
