I have more than 12 years of experience practising exclusively in immigration law. I am one of few Quebec called immigration lawyers based in Western Canada. I am also licensed to practice US immigration law. I am fluent in English and French and I am proud to serve clients in both official languages.  I have broad experience with respect to all types of immigration applications ranging from visitor visas and work permits to permanent residence and citizenship. I also have extensive experience with respect to developing mobility policies and programs as well as risk management related to cross-border travel. I am frequently retained by individuals, corporate clients, and even other immigration practitioners to assist with particularly challenging and complex matters.I am a graduate of the National Program, having obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Common Law) from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (Civil Law) from the Université de Montréal.I am a member of the Barreau du Québec, the Law Society of Alberta, and I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts. I am also a member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), the Québec Immigration Lawyers Association (AQAADI), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and and the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Alberta (AJEFA).
