I am a disciplined, open-minded, analytical and ethical leader who is passionate about cybersecurity and continually driven to learn more about people, business strategy, collaboration, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the drivers that contribute to success in each of those areas. I've held many positions in technology and operations, each with progressively more responsibility, and mostly focused in the realm of IT. I respect the knowledge and skills of those around me and I strive to ensure that the unique talents of employees and partners are leveraged toward common goals. My goal is to improve organizational effectiveness by curating right-fit technologies, by creating policies and launching initiatives that support corporate goals and expectations, and by developing the technical and interpersonal skills of employees.I'm equally comfortable with the challenge of building new structures as I am with upholding and developing existing structures. I have extensive experience building new policies and processes as well as improving the understanding and adherence to existing policies and processes. I have deep experience building trust relationships with all levels of employees throughout an organization, including executives. I have many years of experience communicating with people of varying levels of technical acumen, using verbal, visual and written media. A great day for me is a day in which I've learned something from someone else, I've taught something to someone else and I've ensured the safety of the people, infrastructure and data in my workplace.
