Oversees the daily operations of the appraisal vendor management department to ensure the efficient delivery of quality reports and provide quality customer service to all clients. Responsible for coaching and motivating team members through individual meetings as well as team meetings to increase productivity and quality of service within the team.Duties and Responsibilities include:-Training all new vendor managers appointed to their team, as well as keeping current team members up to date on new forms, procedures, client requirements etc.-Provide regular feedback to team members to increase productivity and enthusiasm within the team.-Follow up and resolve inadequate performance that does not meet quality or time service requirements.-Follow up with Account Managers on specific cases or clients as necessary within their team’s geographic territory.-Provide regular feedback to Vendor Relations Manager on team’s development and any issues within the team.-Delegation of team members’ responsibilities when they are absent or need assistance.
