o Direct client contact, obtain confidential financial and personal information, complete life insurance and disability insurance applications and provide attentive follow through from underwriting to policy delivery. o Schedule travel itineraries and expense reports.o Establish and maintain office files and records.o Transcribe dictation of client meetings, correspondence and office notes.
