Astra Graduate Program (AGP) is the management trainee (MT) program designed to prepare Astra’s future leaders, which encourage trainees to experience wide exposure of the core management process in their 7 Business Lines. Selected as 1 out of 11 from 48,150 applicants this year (acceptance rate of 0.02%).Exposed to three different roles during the On-the-Job Training (OJT): Human Capital, Marketing, and Finance.

First On-the-Job-Training (1st OJT) rotation as a part of AGP's development program. Assigned in Astra's financial service peer-to-peer lending (P2PL) company as Marketing Strategy and Strategic Partnership analyst, with several roles and responsibilities:- Tailor end-to-end communication strategy during company's transition to Productive Financing.- Revamp Marketing & Sales, also Branding strategies towards Productive Financing.- Develop and execute company-level program, "Employee Get Customers", equipped with program success drivers: sharing sessions, dept-assigned Marketing Buddy, and monetary reward.- Initiate B2B Productive Financing partnership opportunities (prospecting, approaching, creating business decks, pitching, handling objections, etc.) inside Astra ecosystem (synergy/ value chain initiatives) and outside.- Develop Partnership Pipeline and Project Management centralized dashboard with automated sub-tasks per stage.- Handled several CMO's corporate presentation material: to be presented to AWDA's Commissary attendance, company Kick Off, Astra Financial GFC Marketing, and company level-sharing to Astra Agro Lestari (AAL).- Assist other Marketing Directorate day-to-day activities and work cross-departments and directorate during training period.

- Take lead of the company sustainability and traceability projects in waste and residue raw material, also renewable energy industry.- Work on and fulfill compliance matters from company buyers and other parties.- Responsible for the company's annual International Sustainability Carbon Certification (ISCC) audit.- Conduct in-depth scientific and market studies on the feasibility of end-of-life tires (ELT) and plastic mechanical and chemical recycling business.- Assess technology procurement for the company's current project (used cooking oil pre-treatment) and future businesses (pyrolysis, pelletizing, gasification, and biomass-to-liquid).- Create commercial dashboard and reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Data Studio.- In charge of company joint research collaborations with variety of stakeholders, including higher education, government, and research institutes.- Assist and collaborate with CEO office team in the preparation of company's decks, reports, and papers.

- Carried out ~10 modules laboratory practices in collaboration with 10 student assistants, 2 lecturers, and 2 laboratory assistants.- Modified 5 practices modules and guided the practice to be executed online.- Assisted 37 students divided into groups of 3 or 4 during practices related to basic chemistry reactions, substances, and equipments.

- Worked directly under and reported daily responsibilities to Co-founder and Chief of Operation (COO).- Created deck and presentation in collaboration with 2 other interns for the company.- Responsible for analysing customer behaviour, retention, and acquisition rates to specify business model and boost monthly sales growth by 15%.- Designed 2 well-structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Microsoft Visio for warehouse team and operation division to streamline workflow and minimize human error.- Conducted market research and gathered 50+ customer feedback to improve future product, packaging, and delivery services.- Planned 10+ new marketing and branding strategies to support B2C expansion scheme.- Maximized the beneficial features of Microsoft Excel, such as pivot table, sort, and filter to examine all data.

- Assisted 2 new projects about implementing Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025:2017 to laboratory practices.- Evaluated the implementation of 3 technical clauses of ISO 17025:2017 (Selection, Verification, and Validation of Methods; Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty; Assuring the Validity Results) enhancing the quality assurance of sample analysis- Analyzed ~5 samples using HPLC and GC-MS/MS to ensure the quality of product prior distribution- Executed 10+ sample data analysis using tools in Microsoft Excel and reported the result to supervisor
