I raise awareness, conduct research, and offer solutions for women over the age of 35 who are in perimenopause and menopause.I am a multiple award-winning health expert, nutritionist (20 years), author, 4x published menopause researcher, brand ambassador, influencer/KOL, podcaster, and speaker.I appear regularly on television across North America, empowering viewers to take charge of their health and menopause symptoms.I am currently writing a book on menopause, which will be published by Simon & Schuster in 2026. As an author and expert on reading food labels, I have written three books on the subject, including "Unjunk Your Junk Food," published by Simon & Schuster in 2011.I host a weekly podcast called "Menopause Reimagined," and I am the host of New Hope Network's "Soapbox Series," Nutrition Business Journal's (NBJ) "Leader's Digest," and Newtopia Now’s “Stoop Talks.” I interview CEO's, founders, & CMO's at LIVE events, corporate videos, and on their websites.As a public speaker, I share my knowledge, research and passion about perimenopause and menopause.As a Moderator and MC, I spark conversation and lead discussions on the topic of women's health. I am also an entrepreneur. For nearly 25 years I’ve worked with the same female business partner and together created two successful companies in the health & wellness space.
