Responsibilities:• Manage a team of Marketing Analysts focused on reporting, dashboards and analytics to support Blackboard’s Domestic Markets (K12, NAHE, ProEd)• Manage a team of Market Development representatives who ensure there is a ‘warm’ hand off of leads from telequalification to sales. The team is trained to read digital body language using marketing automation tools like Eloqua Profiler and information from the campaigns to provide prospective customers with a much better buying experience.• Manage Market Development team effectiveness through the use of Salesforce.com reports and dashboards that monitor call quota attainment, lead conversion, outreach and follow-up and pipeline contribution. • Responsible for the administration of Salesforce.com (Maintain the integrity and usability of the data for reporting) and the Marketing Automation/CRM relationship. • Responsible for implementation of Lead Scoring in Salesforce.com (requirements gathering, testing, UAT, etc)• Provide Bi-Weekly Analysis of Marketing Effectiveness Performance through meaningful data points and KPIs using the Sirius Decisions Demand Waterfall and B2B best practices. • Conduct trainings with Marketing personnel to ensure fluency and adoption of CRM reporting, dashboards and usability.

Develop analyses and processes to support overall marketing strategy Create compelling and effective dashboards, metrics and analytical reports that clearly convey results for marketing pipeline, email campaign performance, inbound and outbound call performance, website and social media. Provide sales and marketing with guidance based on lead gen effectiveness analysis Liaison between Finance and Marketing on budget, forecast and accruals.
