Assist general manager in various administrative duties, including accounts receivable and invoice work in Quickbooks. Act in a supporting role in InfusionSoft customer service software.

Assisted Founder & CEO in general office duties such as email management, scheduling, etc. Also assisted other staff in similar ways as needed.

Assisted in teaching the 2 year old preschool class at Level Creek. Prepared materials, led music and circle time, and cared for and loved on the children and their parents.

Researched, organized, & prepared curriculum. Managed school and outside activities.

Assisted the Chief Financial Officer - helping with fleet management, arranging travel, preparing quarterly financial reports, and performing general office duties.
