Coordinating and supervising the branch network (10 branches, ca. 100 employees) in operational, legal, business result, human resource matters;Radically increasing the number of customers, deposit-, credit-, and bankcard portfolios;Business planning, working out and having implemented acquisition, cross-selling and budget result plans;Managing the opening of 2 new branches and preparations for the opening of one further branch;Participating in new software implementation, BCP, cash management optimalising projects; Supporting cooperation in between the branch network and the central departments;Participating in deposit., credit- and bankcard- product developments;Professional selection, newcomers’ integration, monitoring personal performances, working out personal career plans;Organizing professional trainings for the branch network;Analysing merged reports, preparing summary reports and presentations of performance for the CEO and Supervisory Board.
