Responsible for helping to create and implement REDI’s strategy in targeted business attraction, enhancing our relationships with project multipliers, and leading REDI’s site selector engagement.

The Regional Economic Development Initiative (REDI) Cincinnati has been recognized as one of the top economic development organizations in the nation for 12 consecutive years by Site Selection magazine. REDI Cincinnati is the first point-of-contact if you’re interested in starting, locating or expanding your business in our three-state, 15-county region.Our primary focus is to create jobs in our region. To accomplish this, we identify opportunities to attract businesses to our region by developing relationships with companies and new markets – nationally and internationally. We also provide the connections to resources to help take startups to the next level and to help existing and prospective businesses grow. In addition, we connect companies to our region’s assets, advantages and business leaders with the goal of capturing our place as one of the world’s leading business centers.

The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber is the nation's fifth largest Chamber, representing the interests of nearly 4,000 member businesses. An award-winning membership organization, the Chamber has been recognized as national Chamber of the Year twice in the past decade. It supports members and the Cincinnati USA region in pursuit of success in today's global economy.The Chamber provides numerous services, including business retention and attraction, programs and events, member benefits to improve members' bottom line, solutions to members' workforce challenges, government advocacy, and more to create and sustain a positive business climate for our community, including demonstrating a commitment to small business assistance and economic inclusion.The Chamber's talented, professional staff of 75 people works with thousands of engaged member companies, volunteers and partners in an effort to create and sustain a dynamic Cincinnati USA, a region of 15 counties located in three states. Intern from August, 2007 to December, 2007; promoted to part-time diagnostician January, 2007.Administered the Bader Reading and Language Inventory diagnostic test approximately five times per week to children, teens, and adults, determining their GED, ESL, or Basic Reading competency.Wrote more than 65 assessments determining students' strengths and weaknesses in spelling, writing, reading, and math. Prepared 25 students to take the GED by administering practice tests and discussing test- taking strategies. Responsible for collecting donations from 25 businesses for CALC's annual Bowl-a-Thon fundraiser. Distributed information pertaining to CWA's campaigns by knocking on an average of 75 doors per night fundraising, developing sponsorship initiatives and membership outreach.Collected $150 in donations per day by encouraging civic engagement and convincing people to support CWA's campaign.

Completed legal documents related to Estate Planning such as Wills, Living Wills and Power of Attorneys. Completed Divorce papers and Domestic Relations documents. Participated in 30 real estate closings by finalizing documents and signing as Notary Public.
