After the process we identified the need ofcreating an Innovation Lab to develop disruptive products constantly and faster.> Defining the logistics required to set up the Lab (spaces, processes, key agents,etc.)> Creation of a new innovation process where customers, users and key agents areinvolved in the innovation process.> Design and introduce new working methods and tools to improve the performanceof intrapreneurial teams.> Design and implement a methodology to identify each employee skills, functionsand competences, in order to create personalized training plans.> Design and implement workshops to restructure and improve the performance ofthe board of directors (Work on a common vision, restructure the meetingsfrequency and goals, clarify individual and collective roles, etc.).

Founded in 2012, Kmon Coop is a cooperative built by 13 teampreneurs willing to create innovative products and services. We studyed Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation at Mondragon Team Academy.We want to become global change makers by feeling the values of our team coop and inspire others while we learn how to run a cooperative.
