Product Owner
CurrentAs a Product Owner, I lead and coordinate the efforts of a diverse team of three analysts located in different geographical locations. My key responsibilities include:- Team and Project Management: Effectively managing and organizing the work of a team of 3 analysts and strategically planning quarterly projects, defining the scope of work (Definition of Done), and addressing dependencies to ensure timely and successful project completion.- Agile Framework and Best Practices: Developing and managing the agile framework adopted by the team, fostering continuous improvement and efficient project execution, while also developing and implementing best practices in operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.- Operations Reporting and Data Management: Owning and maintaining the operations reporting infrastructure, which includes over 50 reports used by hundreds of internal stakeholders and external mobility partners from over 40 countries. - Support and Guidance: Providing reporting guidance to operations teams, supporting country operations with ad hoc analysis to develop a data-driven environment, and ensuring stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and actionable insights for informed decision-making and operational success.- Quality KPIs and Reporting Maintenance: Owning and developing the process for creating quality target KPIs, ensuring performance metrics align with the company’s strategic goals, and managing the reporting maintenance agreement with the HQ teams to keep all reports up-to-date and accurate.
