The access control and inventory coordinator is responsible for overseeing the management of keys for a construction site, ensuring secure access to the finished units. This role requires effective communication with project managers, employees and contractors to facilitate smooth operations. Key responsabilities includes:. Managing and coordinating the openings and closings of the finished units in order to avoid any inconvenience.. Maintaining and accurate inventory of keys and access, as well as the work going inside the units including the finishing progress.. Coordinating communication between site management and team members.. Monitoring and tracking warranties and guarantees related to equipment and materials.. Implementing and enforcing access control policies to ensure site security.. Organizational skills.. Attention to detail.. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced enviroment.

* Work together with the leaders of the company managing the work teams: hold team meetings, analyze conflictive cases, put together an action plan with high-absentee employees.* Manage the doubts and / or queries of the company's collaborators regarding: salary settlement, health insurances, leaves.* Control and manage employee absenteeism and update the news system for the settlement of salaries.* Control and manage the internal climate of the company: delivery of incentives and prizes, promote participation in contests, parties and events.* Accompany newcomers to the company until they adapt to the job position.* Manage the agreements with health insurances companies: registration of new affiliates* Follow up and control the cases of extended leaves.* Carry out all formal communications to collaborators respecting legal requirements.* Keep the company's systems updated with the data of the collaborators.
