Soy una emprendedora que por el camino se ha dado cuenta de que necesita un partner o trabajar en equipo para poder llegar al éxito. ¿Cómo explicar a un recruiter, un CEO o a cualquier persona dónde encajar correctamente? Me encanta la ironía bien llevada y reírme de mi misma es algo fantástico.> Se leer a las personas (puede que tenga algo oculto de RRHH)> Tengo menos mano izquierda. Soy muy asertiva y no me gusta que me interrumpan en mis objetivos profesionales o personales. Puedo parecer agresiva, pero lo que soy es directa.> Reconozco mis errores.     At the end of 2017, combining it with my work, I launched myself to create my own eCommerce of sustainable minimalist handbags.     When I joined Podo, I asked not to be the team manager since I had just worked as an Account Manager in a digital agency and I thought that I was not the right person to assume that role. They also told me that without any problem I should feel free to take the reins if I saw it that way at any time. I have a certain leadership that naturally emerges when I start to feel comfortable in what I do, so as I am also the person with the most experience in digital, I ended up leading a team of 5 people, colleagues, designers and interns in which they organized tasks to carry out tasks of follow-up, strategy and achievement of objectives.Podo was in a completely initial phase of MK where I have done practically everything. The objective of all these actions was to achieve an affordable customer price (CPA) and have a greater market penetration. At the same time, you had to support your sales manager by implementing all the information from the campaigns to be run on the platform (Cake), implementing the pixels, testing the campaign, and trying to show the rest of the international team what we had acquired from our side. The campaign typology was very diverse, with very different verticals based on CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS, etc.A good account manager always closes the month and reports :) My highest monthly billing was €300K sustained for a couple of months over time. Working with international teams is always something I've loved, especially the Los Angeles team.
