Analysis of performance and monitoring of Wind power plants based in France, Germany, UK, Romania, Bulgaria and Poland.

1 - Business plan (short/medium term): a) Construction of economic, financial and balance sheet figures of the annual budget and on a 3 year plan of the companies belonging to the Group starting from the analysis of the operational data of the assets (production, quantity), of the scenario (inflation, pricing), regulators (fiscal, pricing rules, etc), financials;2 -Analysis of data and monitoring in order to transfer accurate forecasting on critical aspects and opportunities to top management, and in order to have a monthly tracking on the trend of the business (tracking with actual figures). 2 - Business analysis on strategic projects built on long term strategy: a) Study of new projects and new businesses; b) Business plan on strategic investments; c) Study and evaluation of possible alternative scenarios; d) Financial sustainability analysis on investments.3 - Cost controlling and monitoring of the Business Unit Corporate;4 - Study and definition of the incentive scheme for Top Management.

1- Simulation of different scenarios on strategic planning and impacts on the Groups business plans (for ex. Impact of extraordinary activities and financial analysis);2- Support to Corporate Finance and Merger & Acquisition for determining the models of evaluation of extraordinary activities;3- Economic analysis (from gross margin to net income), financial analysis (cash flow, capex, financial charges, working capital, etc) and value creation for the Group;4- Collection/consolidation/analysis of monthly data, budget, forecast and long term plan of the Group with the objective to synthesize/explain/analyze the main KPI/events in a periodical document for the Board and for the Strategic Committee;5- Monthly reporting;6- Implementation and management of two IT tools of Corporate Performance Management (Tagetik and PowerSim).

 1- Balance sheet analysis and interim situations of the companies of the Group; 2- Consolidated financial statement of the Group (quarterly, half year and annual); 3- Supervision and coordination of companies belonging to the Group; 4- Implementation of IT software Tagetik with the objective to collect all balance sheet data, the intercompany statements and the consolidated financial statement of the Group published every three months on the market (project manager).

1- Promotion and sales of products with the goal to reach the maximum amount of consumers in a fixed point of sale; 2- Organize the warehouse aiming to reduction of out of stock and timing of stock; 3- Organize and develop promotional & communication activities (pop materials for consumers, flyers, event organization, etc).
