- Design and implement Literature Intervention Program: Reading and Writing curriculum (balanced literacy approach)- Teach Literacy Intervention program sessions to middle school and high school students (grades 7 to 12) - Feedback planning and monitoring of students within the program

- Elevate the Mary Kay brand: develop, implement and manage social media strategy: Annually, Bimonthly and according to different temporalities- Manage and oversee all Social Media Agency(ies), Social Calendar content- Measure the success of all social media actions and content. Define most important social media KPIs- Support Digital Marketing Intern(s) professional development and growth in the company

- Create, develop and implement workshops and materials to support Sales Force product knowledge - Design and develop Fact sheets, manage and maintaining Product Knowledge website- Write articles, social media posts, video scripts to support Sales Force product knowledge- Control expenses and maintain budget on target (Education department)- Support Product Knowledge Intern professional development and growth in the company

- Promote and maintain a positive work environment and collaboration at the team and school level - Coordinate the development and design and of innovative unit plans and grade level outcomes via teamwork or ad hoc committee- Be the Team Liaison on curriculum issues in close communication with AP’s of Curriculum & Instruction- Development and delivery of lessons and assessments aligned with School Curriculum and Goals- Create and maintain connections with students, colleagues and parents to uphold a culture of safe learning and respect.- Coordinate grade level specific events, i.e. Welcome Day, field trips, Read Aloud Day, HOPE program events (raise awareness of children about eye illnesses),Writing and Reading Celebrations, graduation and awards ceremony, Field day (activities for all students in 8 classrooms)
