As part of the Go to Market team I am the recruiter aligned to all Sales and Tech Sales roles across US West, South, Retail and State and Local Government Businesses • Manage the end to end hiring process for positions at all levels across Americas. • Use data for hiring and see impact in hires per year and do reporting for tracking our improvements.• Reinforce diversity and compete hires.• Collaborate effectively with Human Resources partners and HR Directors to manage client relationships and to prioritize hiring needs and requisitions.Diversity and Inclusion Ambassador

As part of Microsoft Digital Transformation, we have a new Inside Sales and Customer Service Support Center in Costa Rica, I am now supporting and leading all the recruiting efforts locally.

• Manage the end to end hiring process for Sales positions at all levels.• Reinforce diversity and compete hires.• Partner with the Sourcing team and GTA Operations in order to achieve the talent acquisition and business goals.• Collaborate effectively with Human Resources partners and HR Directors to manage client relationships and to prioritize hiring needs and requisitions.• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Managers while building strong client relationships.• Provide coaching to hiring managers on talent assessment, make hiring recommendations.• Create and present offer recommendations to hiring managers, extend offers, and manage offer negotiations to external and internal candidates.• Understand the LATAM legal situation with regards contracts, visa/ work permits, discrimination laws.• Use social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to source, recruit and spread the Microsoft life.• Provide recruiting reports and analysis on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis to Talent Acquisition Lead.• Being part of the “Pura Vida” Project where we are hiring all the talent for a new center of sales and service based in Costa Rica.Other Projects:• Social Media Ambassador for LATAM• Monthly Reports for the LATAM CVP• Hire FY17 Investment Roles

• Contact candidates to invite them to participate on the processes.• Manual upload of resumes that come through from other sources and acknowledges to candidates• Update recruiting activities in real-time.• Scheduling and follow up of all interviews• Facilitate recruiting process, including answering candidate and hiring manager questions.• Create offer recommendations to hiring managers.• Support Recruiters from an admin perspective with any hiring projects such as hiring days, website maintenance and diversity hiring events• Ensure new hires are correctly set up in the system. Clear hand off to HR Ops for New Employee Orientation• Provide recruiting reports and analysis on a monthly basis from all Commercial positions.Achievements• Collaborate with the development and implementation of Global Talent Acquisition transformation in the LATAM Readiness Team• Partner with my collegues to ensure best practice sharing, process improvements and consistency in all the recruitment process.• Source, screen and interview candidates for commercial roles across the region• Present offers and clarify candidates doubts if needed.• Partner with HROps team to improve the candidate experience during the onboarding process.
